These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all services provided by We Open Stores, LLC ("We Open Stores", "we", "us") through this website and any quote, payment link or agreement we issue. By paying for a service you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide Shopify store design and development, theme customisation, platform migrations, technical SEO, AI visibility (GEO) and digital marketing services. The exact scope, price and timeline of each project are agreed with you in writing before payment.
2. Prices and payment
A complete Shopify store setup is offered at a fixed price of $500. Other services are quoted individually; quotes are valid for 14 days. Once you accept the scope and price, we send you a secure payment link and the full price is paid in advance, in one payment. Work starts after payment is received. Monthly services are paid in full at the start of each month through a payment link. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Costs charged by third parties (such as your Shopify subscription, domain, paid themes, paid apps and ad spend) are not included and are paid by you directly to those providers.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, the content we need (logo, product data, images, copy) and the access required to your Shopify store and other accounts, and to give feedback within a reasonable time. You confirm that you own or have permission to use all content you provide.
4. Revisions
Feedback on the preview is included during the project within the agreed scope. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any work is done.
5. Account ownership and access
Your store, domain and ad accounts remain your property. We work through collaborator or staff access, which you may remove at any time. Please do not share passwords with us; we will request access through Shopify.
6. Intellectual property
Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing code, section library, tools and know-how, and grant you a permanent licence to use them on your store. Third-party themes, apps and assets remain subject to their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
7. Results
We commit to the method, measurement and deadlines agreed with you. We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings or advertising results, which depend on many factors outside our control.
8. Third-party platforms
We are not responsible for changes, outages, fees or policies of third-party platforms such as Shopify, Meta, Google or app providers.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, data and access credentials confidential and use them only to deliver your services.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.
11. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you paid for your project applies to that project.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
