Will my store go offline during the move?
No. Your current store keeps selling while we build and fill the new one. We only switch the domain once everything is tested.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
We protect them with 301 redirects from every old URL to the matching new page, and we keep or improve your page titles and descriptions.
Can my customers keep their accounts?
Yes. Customer details and order history move over. For security, passwords cannot be copied between platforms, so customers set a new one with a single email.
How is a migration priced and paid?
We audit your current store for free and send a fixed quote based on catalogue size. When you agree, you receive a payment link and pay the full amount. Then we start.
