Theme customisation questions
Do you need my password?
No. You add us as a collaborator from your Shopify admin, and you can remove access at any time.
Will you work on my live store?
No. We duplicate your theme, work in the copy and send you a preview link. We publish only after you approve.
How is customisation priced and paid?
Each task gets a fixed quote before we start. When you agree, you receive a payment link and pay the full amount, then we begin.
Which themes do you work with?
Free Shopify themes like Dawn, Horizon and Dwell, and most premium themes. If your theme is heavily customised already, we check it first in the free audit.
