We Open Stores sells digital services. Nothing is shipped physically, and no shipping fees apply.

How services are delivered

• Store builds and customisation: delivered directly in your Shopify admin through collaborator or staff access, built in an unpublished theme for your review.
• Files and assets: shared by email or cloud link.
• Reports: sent by email each month for ongoing services.
• Walkthroughs: provided as a recorded video or live call.

Timelines

We agree a delivery timeline with you before you pay. A complete Shopify store is typically live in 2 to 4 weeks. The timeline starts once your payment is received through the payment link and we have the content we need from you (logo, product data, images and account access). Delays in receiving content or feedback move the timeline by the same amount.

Approval and launch

Work is published to your live store only after you approve it.
